Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost. In case The “Fort Ramgarh” is unable to accommodate the confirmed reservation, the Hotel can help by providing an alternate and similar accommodation and is not liable to pay any compensation / damage.

Additional Information:

• Refunds: Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.
• Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (festivals, Holi, Christmas & New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable. 20th December to 31st January are considered blackout Dates and bookings made under this period are non-refundable.

Child Policy

• Complimentary stay for two children up to 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.
• Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.
